1. About No Quit Movement
Q: What is No Quit Movement?
A: No Quit Movement is a fitness coaching brand dedicated to helping busy working people get stronger, leaner, and healthier — without sacrificing career, family, or lifestyle. I offer mobile personal training (I come to you), small and large group training, and online coaching with custom programs you can do anywhere.
Q: Who is Coach Pete?
A: I’m Pete Haugabook — an IFBB Pro Men’s Physique competitor, Certified Personal Trainer, and corporate logistics leader with years of experience balancing a demanding career and elite-level fitness. I know what it’s like to have limited time, and I’ve built my programs to deliver maximum results in 30–40 minutes a day.
Q: Do you have your own gym?
A: No — I’m a mobile trainer. That means I can train you in your home, office, local park, or even your gym (with permission). I also offer 100% online coaching through a downloadable app.
2. Mobile Personal Training
Q: What areas do you service for in-person training?
A: I provide mobile training in [list your service area here — city, metro area, or radius]. If you’re unsure whether I can travel to you, contact me, and we’ll figure it out.
Q: Do you bring equipment?
A: Yes. I bring all essential equipment for your workouts — including dumbbells, resistance bands, mats, and specialty gear if needed. If you have your own equipment, I can incorporate that into your program as well.
Q: Can we train at my apartment or workplace gym?
A: Yes, as long as your facility allows outside trainers. I’ll bring any additional equipment needed.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Most sessions are 60 minutes. This includes warm-up, focused training, and cool-down/stretching.
Q: How much space do you need to train me?
A: Not much! I can design workouts to fit in a living room, office space, garage, or backyard.
3. Group Training
Q: What’s the difference between small and large group training?
A:

Small Group (2–3 people): Semi-private setting with more individual coaching.

Large Group (8–10 people): High-energy, team-style workouts designed for fun and motivation.
Q: Do I need to bring my own group?
A: You can, or I can place you in an existing group if space is available.
Q: How do you handle different fitness levels in group settings?
A: I provide scalable exercises for each movement so everyone can train together safely and effectively.
4. Online Coaching
Q: How does online coaching work?
A: You’ll receive a custom 4-week training plan and nutrition guide through my downloadable app. The app includes videos, instructions, progress tracking, and weekly check-ins with me.
Q: Do I need a gym for the online plan?
A: No — I can design your plan for home, gym, or hybrid training.
Q: How often do we check in?
A: Weekly via app or email, plus you can message me anytime with questions.
5. 12-Week Transformation Program
Q: What’s included in the 12-Week Transformation?
A: A complete training and nutrition plan delivered through the app, weekly accountability check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments as needed. You can choose to do it fully online or in-person (mobile).
Q: What kind of results can I expect?
A: Results vary depending on effort, consistency, and starting point, but most clients see noticeable changes in energy, strength, and body composition in 4–6 weeks, with even greater transformations by week 12.
6. Getting Started
Q: How do I start?
A: Book a free call using the button on the site. We’ll talk about your schedule, goals, and preferences, then choose the right program for you.
Q: Do you offer a trial?
A: Yes — I have a Free 7-Day Online Plan so you can experience my training style before committing.
Q: How soon can I start?
A: Often within a week of your consultation, sometimes sooner depending on scheduling.
7. Payment & Policies
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payments can be made online via credit/debit card. For in-person training, mobile payments may be accepted upon request.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Please refer to my Refund Policy for full details. Most sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Q: Can I reschedule a session?
A: Yes — with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
8. Health & Safety
Q: Do I need to be in shape to start?
A: No — I meet you where you are and scale workouts to your current level.
Q: Do I need a doctor’s clearance?
A: If you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, please consult your doctor before starting.
Q: What if I have an injury?
A: I can modify exercises to work around most injuries, but safety always comes first.
9. Results & Expectations
Q: How fast will I see results?
A: Consistent clients often notice changes in energy and strength within 2–4 weeks, with visible physical changes in 4–8 weeks.
Q: Will I have homework workouts between sessions?
A: Yes — I may give you additional workouts, mobility work, or nutrition goals to complete on your own for best results.
Q: Do you provide meal plans?
A: I provide nutrition guidance and sample meal ideas based on your goals. I am not a registered dietitian, so I cannot prescribe medical diets.

Q: What is the Free 7-Day Online Plan?
A: It’s a one-week training program designed to show you how effective my workouts and coaching style are — no gym required. You’ll get daily 30–40 minute workouts, simple nutrition tips, and accountability prompts, all through my downloadable training app.
Q: How do I sign up for the free plan?
A: Click the “Free 7-Day Plan” button in the site header or on the homepage, fill out the short form, and you’ll get instant access via email and the app.
Q: Do I need any equipment for the free plan?
A: No equipment is required. If you have dumbbells or bands, I’ll give you optional ways to use them for variety.
Q: Will I get the same support as paying clients?
A: While the 7-day plan is self-guided, you’ll still have access to app messaging and email for quick questions during the week.
Q: What happens after the 7 days?
A: You’ll have the option to continue with one of my coaching programs — either mobile, online, or hybrid — so you can keep your momentum going. There’s no obligation, but most people choose to continue once they see results.
