About Pete — The No Quit Movement

I’m Pete Haugabook — IFBB Pro Men’s Physique competitor, Certified Personal Trainer, and founder of the No Quit Movement. I’m not a former working professional — I’m still in it every day. I know firsthand what it means to juggle long hours, family commitments, and a busy schedule, because I live it myself.

My family has a history of heart disease, and I refuse to become another statistic. That’s why I made my health a non-negotiable priority — learning how to balance work, training, nutrition, and recovery so I can perform at my best in every area of life.

My journey hasn’t been about stepping away from work — it’s been about winning in both arenas. That’s how I earned my IFBB Pro card while still excelling in my career and personal life.

Through faith in God, discipline, and a no-quit mindset, I’ve proven that busy people — whether you’re in an office, on a job site, in a classroom, or running your own business — can get stronger, leaner, and healthier without giving up what matters most. Now, I help others do the same through in-person training (mobile to your home, workplace, park, or gym) and online coaching.

Because at the end of the day, your health is the foundation that allows you to serve God, your family, and your purpose at the highest level.
